Giving Back

Dan O’Shevlin is very passionate about giving back to his community and providing his time and talents to many charitable organizations, which range from mentoring young entrepreneurs to providing for the homeless, as well as coaching developmental and select leagues of girls’ softball teams from ages 6 through 14. His success in the boardroom and as CEO has transferred to many young adults. Through his leadership and coaching abilities, Mr. O’Shevlin has successfully led his developmental and advanced select girls’ softball teams to win championships year after year by instilling his core values of hard work, integrity, loyalty and support of their teammates, along with dedication to the task at hand throughout their development. These values have led his teams to victory each year, where they have celebrated no less than first place in each tournament they enter.

Mr. O’Shevlin has gone so far as to reward 60 of his 128 employees with an all-expenses-paid trip for three weeks in 1996 to be a part of the experience and witness firsthand the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA. In return for such philanthropic measures, Mr. O’Shevlin continues to gain the respect and loyalty of everyone he employs and leads, while providing bright futures for everyone he selects. He only asks for them to possess the same fire and passion he has to be successful, which he rewards generously with a seat at the closing table.
